Qualification: Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Associate member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He also holds a post graduate degree in commerce and a bachelor degree in law from University of Delhi. Awarded Doctorate in Commerce (Phd.) in 1994.

Mr. Khaneja, a Promoter Director of the Company has about 25 years rich experience in the field of Corporate Law, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Money Market Operations. He is associated with different companies handling areas of his expertise in Finance, Secretarial and dealing with Banks and Financial Institutions.

Qualification: Commerce Graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He brings with himself 15 years hands on experience of the corporate world, including MNC’s. His exposure of working with the manufacturing and service sector at various senior managerial positions provides a rich blend of best practices being followed. He has exposure in Corporate Advisory Services and in the sphere of insurance brokerage. He has been actively involved in setting up of the day to day operations of Integrated Risk Insurance Brokers Limited and has been instrumental in bringing the organization to its present position of repute.

Qualification: Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He brings with himself a vast experience of 19 years in the field of Corporate Audits, Systems and Management Audits, Bank Audits. He has been instrumental in promoting Stock Broking wing as promoter Director of Competent Finman Pvt. Ltd and making Competent Finman as one of the leading Stock Broking companies of this region.

Qualification: Commerce and Law Graduate

She has to her credit a richly blended experience of around 15 years in financial and corporate Advisory Services, stock broking and Insurance Brokers. She is presently promoter/director in other group companies also. She has been actively involved in day to day Administration of the companies and building congenial work environment and teamwork within the system. She ensures that all the processes in the company are handled smoothly.

Age: 32 years

Qualification: Commerce Graduate and Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also pursuing Chartered Secretary ship from ICSA, UK. She has undergone 100 Hours Comprehensive Insurance Training and 25 hours renewal training from RNIS College of Insurance and passed the examination conducted by NIA, Pune.

She has seven years of experience in Capital Market and Depository Services. Currently she is handling of Legal & Administrative functions of IRIBL in our Delhi office.
