Note:
GIC has informed that some offices do not accept stamped receipt
on Doctor's letter head as supporting document under a mediclaim cover
but insist on a printed serial numbered bill / receipt. GIC has advised
that stamped receipts issued by doctors on their letterheads may be
treated as valid document. For settling domiciliary hospitalization
claims, policyholders should furnish.
